NICHOLAS PFLEGHAAR

Nicholas is a seasoned entrepreneur and art collector with over 15 years of experience in fine art and business leadership. As one of the owners of Gardner Colby Gallery, he combines his background in private practice ownership, corporate consulting, and medical directorship with a lifelong passion for art. His consultative, client-focused approach brings a fresh perspective to the Naples art scene, where he continues to grow the gallery as a destination for lighthearted luxury and fine art.

BROOKE DEEMS

Brooke, one of the owners of the Gallery, has spent over two decades designing extraordinary experiences and spaces. She began her career project managing the builds of mega yachts, where she also sourced art to complement the unique interiors of each vessel. Her expertise has expanded to curating immersive environments for world-renowned events including Art Basel, the London Olympics, the Cannes Film Festival, and the Monaco Grand Prix.

Brooke’s passion for art was sparked early by her mother, a talented multimedia artist. Today, she brings that passion to life by collaborating closely with clients and artists to place exceptional works in private homes and bespoke spaces around the world.

DANI PAPA

Dani Papa is a mixed media painter whose vibrant work explores storytelling and the human form through a style he calls "Urban Tribalism," blending Neo-Expressionism, abstraction, and contemporary culture.

Born and raised in Florida, Papa currently lives and works in Naples, where he serves as a gallerist at Gardner Colby Gallery and a professor at Florida SouthWestern State College. He earned his Master of Fine Arts from the Savannah College of Art and Design and brings more than a decade of experience in arts education and administration, including three years with the FGCU Art Galleries at the Wasmer Art Gallery

Throughout his career, he has collaborated with numerous local and regional nonprofits, helping strengthen community connections through the arts. His diverse background informs his passion for supporting artists, engaging collectors, and contributing to Southwest Florida’s thriving cultural community.
