
William Storck has been painting professionally since 1980. He first studied under the master painter Naeto Nakagawa in Vermont for one year before finishing his formal art training at the Maryland Institute of Art in Maryland.
At age 24, his first solo show sold out completely at McBride Gallery in Annapolis, MD. He has since had many solo shows and participated in several group shows throughout the mid-Atlantic region. Known for his intricate renderings of porcelain, pottery and waterfowl decoys in timeless settings, his work is in several permanent collections, including the U.S. Naval Academy and St. Johns College as well as numerous corporate collections and over 300 private collections throughout the U.S. and Europe.
