
As a youngster in Syracuse, New York, Corso took an early interest in art, so that by age eight he was drawing and working in pastel. At Syracuse University he studied art and architecture. His fascination for portraiture led him to the famous Austrian portrait painter Robert Hoffman for eight years of private instruction. He went on to work and study with others such as Daniel Greene of New York and Jack Callahan of Rockport, Massachusetts. Mr Corso is in many private collections including The Ritz Carlton Golf Resort in Naples and The Cloisters Resort in Sea Island, Georgia. and "Most recently, Mr. Corso was the subject of a lengthy article in American Art Collector magazine" |
